Key-competence training funded by vouchers
CYBILAS Ltd. is a registered training provider in the platform of the Bulgarian Employment Agency, delivering training in the key competence “Mathematical competence and basic competences in science and technology” with a thematic focus on artificial intelligence.

2. Training topic — Artificial Intelligence
The training develops the key competence “Mathematical competence and basic competences in science and technology” through a practical focus on artificial intelligence. The content includes:
- core concepts of artificial intelligence and machine learning, explained for non-specialists;
- hands-on work with generative AI tools for everyday and professional tasks;
- data analysis and interpretation supported by AI;
- responsible and safe use of AI, including the requirements of the EU Artificial Intelligence Act (Art. 4 — AI literacy);
- assessing the reliability of results and critical thinking.
The training builds on the catalogue of the SkillUp Space (skill-up.space) learning platform — the SKILL UP division of CYBILAS Ltd.
3. Format and delivery
Training may be delivered in person, or remotely via an electronic platform — synchronously (in real time with an instructor) or asynchronously (self-paced, on a set schedule). The curriculum, material-technical base and learning materials are described in the provider’s registration in the Employment Agency platform.
4. Voucher funding
The training is funded under the current voucher scheme of the Bulgarian Employment Agency within the Human Resources Development Programme 2021–2027 and the NRRP. Eligibility conditions, voucher values and co-financing rates are set by the Employment Agency and updated periodically.

6. Certification
Upon successful completion, participants receive a document certifying the acquired key competence in accordance with the requirements of the relevant programme and the Employment Agency.
