Who we are
CYBILAS Ltd. (СИБИЛАС ЕООД) is a Bulgarian company headquartered in Varna whose activities bring together research and development, investment activities, consulting and training. We help organisations across all sectors find funding for their growth through our SCALE UP division and build verifiable skills through the SkillUp Space learning platform — our SKILL UP division.
We work on the principles of shared risk and verifiable quality: our remuneration in project funding depends on the client's success, and the credentials issued through our training are aligned with the European competence frameworks.
