We handle all communication and documentation — you focus on your business
The success fee is a percentage of the approved funding, due only upon successful signing of a contract. If the project is not approved, you only pay the start-up fee, which covers the preparation work.
The start-up fee covers the analysis, identification of suitable programmes, concept development and the complete preparation of the project documentation. It ranges from €300–1,000 for national projects and €500–2,000 for international projects, depending on the complexity and scale of the project.
Our core service covers the process up to the signing of the contract. If project management and reporting are needed after approval, we offer additional consulting services under a separate agreement.

Depending on the programme and complexity, the process takes between 4 and 12 weeks. Before we start, we provide you with a clear timeline with specific dates and milestones.
